Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Suzy Shier purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 30 days of the shipping date for most items. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip or return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location or carrier specified in your return instructions.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
